I learned a lot of things about myself and my body during my time working with Naihomy. Naihomy is a solid listener and also makes you stop, pause, and reflect when she hears self-doubt in you. Although she allows you to explore your feelings, she pushes you to reconsider how you might approach self-doubt or questions about yourself. I appreciated weekly check-ins because it allowed me to process more than what was going on mentally. Weekly meetings helped me process beyond mental feelings, but explore emotional and physical aspects of my health and get them back on track. I knew everything in the body was connected, but it wasn't until we were really talking about it daily did I feel all the connection.

Working with Naihomy was absolutely transformational and eye-opening. Before working with her, I thought there was something wrong with me because there were times I couldn’t “control myself” around food. Before starting with Naihomy, I was extremely frustrated with my body and didn’t believe anything would help me lose weight.
