I've been exactly where you are – staring in the mirror, feeling like a stranger to myself after having my second son. I wanted to shed that baby weight without being miserable, feel confident in my skin, and rock my favorite clothes. So, I embarked on a wellness journey, and guess what? I unexpectedly lost 50 pounds. But that wasn't even the best part.
It wasn't just about the number on the scale; it was about discovering a sustainable wellness lifestyle that transformed my life from the inside out. And trust me, I was IN IT. A corporate job, long commutes, 2 little babies, a home to take care of… I was also able to figure out how to take good care of myself. I was also living my BEST life while I was at it. I realized that more women in my community needed to be let in on how amazing they could feel without the pressure. I created Le'ts Be Healthy Latinas podcast to share these stories.
